"No one wants to care about me because i suck. i think i really need a doctor because my mood is constantly changing, changing rapidly. i feel i'm becoming another person. everything is wrong, my mom doesn't want to talk to me, she is giving me a cold shoulder. I want to study, but i'm not discipline enough to even sit down still for 4 hours to study. I cannot concentrate. My sister whom i confide my problems to is no longer the same person. She is like an owl, she only comes home in the morning. I don't get along well with my younger sister, i try to... but i just can't. Recently, i realised i'm easily agitated. Recently, i have low self-esteem. Recently everything is wrong. Recently i just want to sleep my day away. This is not me....... i wasn't like this. What is wrong with me, can someone tell me. I have been a very selfish human being for the past years, i keep telling myself to change, and yes i changed! but only for awhile, i eventually turn back to my old self unknowingly. This has caused many problems. For the past 2 days, i lie on my bed for hours, staring in the dark. I just want to change for the better, can i.... please... stop letting me fuck everything up"
